What are the hours of the Coworking Pods?

The Coworking Pods are open daily from:

9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Monday - Sunday

The Coworking Pods are designed for resident use and are generally available on a first-come, first-served basis during posted amenity hours.

Is there a bike repair station?

Yes. Residents have access to a bike repair station equipped with basic tools for routine maintenance and repairs. Tools are provided for use within the room only and should be returned after each use. Please clean up after yourself, do not leave bicycles unattended, and notify the leasing office if any equipment is damaged or missing.

What are the pool and spa hours?

The Pool and Spa is open daily from 5:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight), giving residents the chance to enjoy everything from sunny afternoons to cozy evening soaks.

Please be mindful of quiet hours and note that no lifeguard is on duty.

What are the wellness center and Cold Plunge?

The Wellness Center, including the cold plunge, is open daily from 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM, giving residents a dedicated space to relax, recover, and recharge.

How does bike storage work?

Residents have access to a secure bike storage room available 24 hours a day. Bicycles must be stored on the designated racks and secured with a personal lock. Bike storage is intended for residents actively using the building, and bicycles left for extended periods without approval may be removed. Please help keep the area clear by storing bikes properly and reporting any damage or suspicious activity to the leasing office.
